📌 1. Overview & Rights
AutoReplyZ.com is committed to protecting user privacy and adhering strictly to Meta Platform Policies (WhatsApp Cloud API & Facebook Messenger API). According to privacy laws (GDPR & CCPA), users have the right to request the deletion of all personal data, contact records, message histories, and Meta access tokens associated with their account at any time.
📝 2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can choose any of the following methods to permanently delete your data:
Method A: Automated Self-Service Account Deletion
Log in to your AutoReplyZ dashboard → Go to Settings & Billing → Click "Delete My Account & All Associated Data". All records, contacts, and tokens will be instantly purged.
Method B: Data Deletion Email Request
Send an email to support@autoreplyz.com or privacy@autoreplyz.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address. Our team will execute the deletion request within 24 hours.
Method C: Unlinking Meta Business App Permissions
Go to your Facebook Account Settings → Business Apps → Remove AutoReplyZ. Meta will automatically notify our server endpoint to revoke and delete all access tokens.
🔒 3. Data Purged Upon Deletion
- User profile information (Name, Email, Encrypted Password).
- WhatsApp & Messenger Access Tokens, WABA IDs, and Phone Number IDs.
- All chat history, inbound messages, and contact details.
- Bot flows, FAQ keyword rules, and custom scenarios.
